摘  要:对半干法烧结烟气脱硫副产物的理化性能进行了分析,研究了不同掺入比例脱硫副产物矿渣微粉及其用于配置C30混凝土的性能。结果表明:脱硫副产物掺入比例不超过3%,矿渣微粉性能除7d活性略低,其他均满足国家标准要求;掺入比例为2%,矿渣微粉掺入比例25%时配置C30混凝土性能最优;通过机理分析,掺入2%脱硫副产物的矿渣微粉,其水化产物与水泥水化产物相近,为钙矾石和CSH凝胶。The physical and chemical properties of semi-dry sintering FGD by-products were analyzed; the properties of C30 concrete with slag powders with different mixing proportions of FGD by-products were studied. Results showed that when the blending proportion of desulfurization by-products was less than 3%, the slag powder performance could satisfy the requirements of national standards except that the 7d activity was slightly lower; the C30 concrete performance reached the best when the mixing proportion of desulfurization by-products was 2% and that of slag powder which was 25 %. Mechanism analysis revealed that when slag powder mixed with 2 % of desulphurization byproduct the hydration products was similar to the hydration products of cement, which were ettringite and CSH gel.
