摘　　要：在全面深化改革的战略中,协商民主与社会治理是"一体两面"的关系。在协商民主视角下分析我国社会治理存在的问题,探讨作为新型生活方式的协商民主对于社会治理的实在价值,实现社会治理的有序性、包容性和公共性。In the comprehensive deepening of the reform strategy, deliberative democracy and social governanceis the ＂one two＂ relationship. In the view of deliberative democracy, we analyze the problems of social govern-ance in China, and explore the real value of deliberative democracy as a new way of life.
