摘  要:目的对不同年龄段中国人头面部骨骼进行测量,以期发现面部骨骼老龄化改变的特征性参数及数据。方法采集120例不同年龄段中国人的颅面骨薄层CT扫描数据,进行三维容积重建,将其分为青年、中年、老年组(每组男、女性各20例),对眶下缘角、眶对角线比值、眼眶梯形角、外侧眶缘角、上颌骨突角、蝶鞍一鼻根间距、上颌骨角和梨状孔角8个参数进行测量和分析,对比不同年龄组之间的差异。结果男、女性的蝶鞍一鼻根间距均随年龄增长而增加,且男性不同年龄组间差异具有统计学意义;从青年期到中年期,男、女性均出现了上颌骨角减小及眶对角线比值增加,此阶段男性梨状孔角和女性眼眶梯形角亦有显著减小;女性的外侧眶缘角则从青年期到老年期显著减小;眶下缘角和上颌骨突角未见明显的老龄化改变。结论上颌骨角、眶对角线比值是面部衰老的重要标志,蝶鞍一鼻根间距和梨状孔角可作为男性衰老指标,而眼眶梯形角和外侧眶缘角可作为女性衰老指标,眶下缘角和上颌骨突角不适合应用于中国人老龄化的评估。Objective To measure different age groups of Chinese facial bones, trying to find out the changes of characteristic parameters of aging facial bone. Methods The datas were obtained from 120 Chinese patients who underwent computed tomographic examinations followed by 3D reconstruction with volume render- ing. They were divided into 3 groups : young, mid-aged and aged groups ( each 40 : male 20, female 20). The measurements of inferior orbit angle, orbit diagonal ratio, orbit trapezoidal angle, lateral orbit angle, maxillary protuberance angle, Sella-Nasion (SN) distance, maxillary angle and pyriform angle were obtained. The com- parison was made among groups. Results From young to middle age, the Maxillary angle and Orbit diagonal ratio showed a significant decrease and increase respectively in both sexes. In this period, male's Pyriform an- gle and female's Orbit trapezoidal angle showed a significant decrease; there was a significant decrease in Later- al orbit angle for female and significant increase in SN distance for aging male; Inferior orbit angle and Maxil- lary protuberance angle did not showed significant change. Conclusion Maxillary angle and Orbit diagonal ra- tio are significant parameters of aging face. Pyriform angle and SN distance can be used to indicate senility for male, whereas Orbit trapezoidal angle and Lateral orbit angle for female. Inferior orbit angle and Maxillary pro- tuberance angle are inappropriate for senescent estimate of Chinese.
