眼轮匝肌一提肌腱膜固定技术在重睑成形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察一种新的固定技术在重睑成形术中的应用效果。方法以传统切开法重睑成形术为基础，采用眼轮匝肌与提上睑肌腱膜固定技术。术后随访6—36个月，观察术后重睑皱褶形态及并发症发生情况。结果本组共120例患者。多数患者术后效果满意，未出现明显并发症；无重睑皱褶变浅或消失者；5例出现排线现象，去除线结后重睑线流畅自然。结论重睑成形术中应用此技术，可使眼轮匝肌与上睑提肌腱膜之间形成牢固的粘连，其术后效果持久、重睑形态自然，疗效满意。值得临床推广。Objective To investigate a new fixation technique of orbicularis-levator fixation in double-eye- lid operation. Methods Based on the conventional double-eyelid incision operation, the orbicularis-levator fixa- tion technique was performed. The patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months. The overall outcomes of upper eyelid folds were evaluated, and the complications were documented. Results Totally 120 patients were includ- ed. Most patients were satisfied with those aesthetic results without significant complications, like faded or disap- peared folds during the follow-up. However, 5 patients presented rejection to the suture line, the fold of upper eyelid was fluent when the suture line was removed. Conclusion The orbicularis-levator fixation technique in blepharoplasty ensures a firm fixation between orbicularis oculi and the levatorapeneurosis, it forms a durable, natural upper eyelid folds and improves the aesthetic outcomes. It could be is worthy spreading in clinic.
