高频彩色多普勒超声在隆乳术后并发症诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在隆乳术后并发症诊治中的应用价值。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声对257例（514侧）隆乳术后患者进行检查，依据超声呈像分析不同填充物的术后效果，及时发现并发症并选择合适的手术方式，并将术后结果与超声检查结果相对照。结果在108例（216侧）注射隆乳患者中，159侧注射物位置及回声正常，38侧回声异常，27侧位置异常，其中8侧回声及位置均异常；141例（282侧）假体隆乳患者中，207侧回声正常，55侧包膜挛缩者，15侧假体浑浊，4侧假体破裂，3侧假体移位，其中2侧假体浑浊合并渗漏；8例（16侧）自体脂肪移植隆乳患者中，11侧回声正常，5侧脂肪液化。高频彩色多普勒超声表现与临床表现以及术中所见相符。结论高频彩色多普勒超声检查能清晰显示各种乳腺填充物的层次及回声，对隆乳术后并发症治疗方案的选择可提供可靠的影像学依据。Objective To investigate the application value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of the postoperative complications of augmentation mammaplasty. Methods All 257 ca- ses （514 sides） were examined by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound after augmentation mammaplasty. The results were compared with the results of ultrasound examination. Results In 108 cases （216 sides） of augmen- tation mammaplasty with injection patients, 159 sides position or echo normal, 57 sides injection position or echo abnormal. In 141 patients （282 sides） of augmentation mammaplasty with prothesis, 207 sides echo normal, 55 sides capsule contracture, 15 sides prosthetic turbidity, 4 sides capsular rupure, 3 sides prosthesis displace- ment. In 8 patients （16 sides） with autologous fat transplantation, 11 sides echo normal, 5 sides fat liquefaction. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination can clearly show all kinds of breast filling lev- el and echo, provide accurate imaging evidence for the choice of the treatment for the postoperative complications.
