清热消炎汤治疗小儿扁桃体炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察清热消炎方治疗小儿扁桃体炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将58例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组29例青霉素钠20万单位/kg＋生理盐水250m L,1次/d,1剂/d,静滴;高热伴脓性分泌物加头孢唑林钠50-100mg/kg＋生理盐水250m L,1次/d,静滴;病毒感染加利巴韦林10-15mg/kg＋生理盐水250m L,1次/d,静滴。治疗组29例清热消炎汤（黄芩12g,玄参15g,生地10g,青黛6g,僵蚕、赤芍10g,连翘、板蓝根、大青叶12g;淋巴结肿大加柴胡10g,夏枯草12g,蒲公英15g;伴高热加大黄3g,生石膏20g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗4d为1疗程。观测临床症状、炎症、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率96.51%。对照组痊愈14例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率79.31%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]清热消炎方治疗小儿扁桃体炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Qingrexiaoyan side effect of treatment of children with tonsillitis.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,58 cases of hospitalized patients with treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group 29 cases of 200,000 units/kg of sodium penicillin＋250m L saline,1/d,1/d,intravenous infusion;high fever with purulent plus 50-100mg/kg cefazolin ＋ 250 m L saline,1/d,intravenous infusion;viral infection plus 10-15mg/kg ribavirin＋250m L saline,1 times/d,intravenous infusion.The treatment group 29 cases Qingrexiaoyan party（Scutellaria 12 g,Scrophularia 15 g,habitat 10 g,indigo 6g,silkworm,red peony 10 g,forsythia,Radix,Folium 12g;lymph nodes added Bupleurum 10 g,Prunella 12 g,dandelion 15g;high fever,increased yellow 3g,gypsum 20g）,1/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later orally.4d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,inflammation,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 26 cases,2 cases,1 patient,the total efficiency of 96.51%.The control group cured 14 cases,effective in 9 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 79.31%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Treatment of children with tonsillitis Qingrexiaoyan results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
