半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将300例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组150例谷维素片,30mg/次,3次/d;氟桂利嗪,10mg/次,2次/d;血塞通,50mg/次,3次/d;肌苷片,0.4g/次,3次/d;250m L 5%葡萄糖+10mg盐酸消旋山莨菪碱注射液+10mg地西泮注射液,1次/d,静滴;250m L 5%葡萄糖+400mg血塞通(冻干),1次/d,静滴;250m L 5%葡萄糖+0.5g胞磷胆碱钠,1次/d,静滴。治疗组150例半夏白术天麻汤(半夏、白术各15g,天麻10g,茯苓30g,陈皮10g,代赭石先煎30g,泽泻15g,僵蚕、砂仁各10g,生姜3片,甘草炙6g;呕吐明显加竹茹10g;头痛重加菊花15g,荆芥10g;口苦加黄芩10g,葛根15g);1剂/d,水煎300m L,早中晚餐后温服。治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、眩晕、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈114例,显效24例,无效12例,总有效率92.00%。对照组痊愈102例,显效21例,无效27例,总有效率82.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Banxiabaizhutianma Mongolia treated vertigo effect on phlegm.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,300 cases of outpatient and inpatient law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups.150 cases in the control group oryzanol tablets,30mg/time,3 times/d;flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,10mg/times,2 times/d;Xuesetong tablet,50mg/time,3 times/d;Inosine Tablets,0.4g/time,3 times/d;250m L 5% glucose＋10mg raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection＋10mg diazepam injection,1 times/d,intravenous infusion;250m L 5% glucose＋400mg Xuesetong（lyophilized）,1 times/d,intravenous infusion;250m L 5% glucose＋0.5g citicoline sodium,1 times/d,intravenous infusion.The treatment group 150 cases Banxiabaizhutianma soup（Banxia,Baizhu 15 g,Tianma 10 g,Fuling 30 g,Chenpi 10 g,Daizheshi 30 g,Zexie 15 g,Jiangcan,Sharen 10 g,Shengjiang 3,Gancao 6g;vomiting significantly increases Zhuru 10g;headache heavier Juhua 15 g,Jingjie 10g;mouth pain plus Huangqin 10 g,Gegen 15g）;1/d,decoction 300 m L,breakfast,dinner,warm clothes.5d for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,dizziness,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 114 cases,effective in 24 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 92.00%.The control group recovered 102 cases,effective in 21 cases,27 cases,the total efficiency of 82.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Mongolia Vertigo Results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion on Banxiabaizhutianma treated phlegm.
