血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗痰浊血瘀型高脂血症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗痰浊血瘀型高脂血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分为两组,健康教育、饮食、运动、情志指导。对照组31例舒降之,1片/次,1次/d。治疗组31例血府逐瘀汤(当归10g,生地15g,桃仁12g,红花9g,枳壳、赤芍、柴胡各10g,甘草6g,桔梗、川芎各10g,牛膝15g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制20例,显效6例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率93.50%。对照组临床控制15例,显效6例,有效5例,无效5例,总有效率74.19%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗痰浊血瘀型高脂血症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the effect of the blood house of Blood Stasis Decoction Combined with western medicine on the treatment of hyperlipidemia and blood stasis syndrome. [Method] Using randomized parallel control method, 62 cases of inpatient and outpatient patients randomized according to the order of visits for the two groups, health education, diet, exercise, emotional guidance. The control group was 31 cases of Shu drop, 1 tablets / times, 1 times /d. Treatment group（31 cases） Xuefu by stasis soup（Angelica 10 g, Rehmannia 15 g, peach 12 g, safflower 9g, Fructus aurantii, radix paeoniae rubra, Radix Bupleuri each 10 g, Gancao 6G, Platycodon root, Ligusticum wallichii each 10 g, Radix 15g）, daily 1 agent, decoction 300 ml, sooner or later, oral; western medicine in the treatment of with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 months for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses, determine the efficacy. [Results] Clinical control of the treatment group was 20 cases, markedly effective in 6 cases, effective in 3 cases, invalid in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.50%. Control group clinical control 15 cases, markedly effective in 6 cases, effective in 5 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total effective rate was 74.19%. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The blood house of Stasis Decoction Combined with western medicine for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type hyperlipidemia, the effect is satisfactory, no side effect, is worth promoting.
