降糖方联合西药治疗糖尿病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察降糖方联合西药治疗糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例美吡达,10mg/次,早中晚餐前口服;二甲双胍,0.5g/次,2次/d;拜糖平,50mg/次,3次/d;阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d。治疗组50例降糖方(黄芪、人参、丹参、生地各30g,石斛25g,知母20g,葛根、苍术、川芎各15g,麦冬、红花各10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血糖、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效33例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组显效16例,有效26例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]降糖方联合西药治疗糖尿病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the hypoglycemic side effect of diabetes combined with western medicine.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,100 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 50 patients glipizide,10mg/times,before breakfast,dinner orally;metformin melon,0.5g/times,2 times/d;acarbose,50mg/time,3 times/d;aspirin,100mg/times,1 times/d.The treatment group 50 cases hypoglycemic side（Huangqi,Renshen,Danshen,Shengdi 30 g,shihu 25 g,Zhimu 20 g,Gegen,Cangzhu,Chuanxiong 15 g,Maidong,Honghua each 10g）,1/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later orally;western medicine with the control group.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood sugar,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 33 cases,effective in 15 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.00%.The control group 16 cases markedly effective in 26 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 84.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Combined with western treatment of diabetic hypoglycemic side results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
