补肾消渴汤联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补肾消渴方联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将124例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组62例格列喹酮,初始量为15mg/次,1次/d,之后20-30mg/次,2-3次/d,餐前口服;胰岛素诺和灵30R,0.5IU-1.0IU/kg,3次/d,餐前皮下注射。治疗组62例补肾消渴方（黄芪、当归各60g,白茅根、泽泻、车前子各30g,知母20g,旱莲草、丹参、地骨皮、女贞子、川芎、益母草各15g,全蝎2g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、FBG、2h PG、Hb Alc、Scr、BUN、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效35例,有效18例,无效9例,总有效率85.48%。对照组显效28例,有效15例,无效19例,总有效率69.35%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。症状积分两组大部分有改善（P〈0.01）,BUN无改善（P〉0.05）,治疗组改善大部分优于对照组（P〈0.05）,BUN差异不大（P〉0.05）。[结论]补肾消渴方联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]Bushen Xiaoke Fang combined with western treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,124 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 62 patients gliquidone,the initial amount of 15mg/times,1 times/d,after 20-30mg/times,2 to 3 times/d,orally before a meal;insulin Novolin 30 R,0.5IU-1.0IU/kg,3 times/d,fasting subcutaneous injection.Diabetes treatment group of 62 patients Bushen Xiaoke Fang（Huangqi,Danggui 60 g,Baimaogen,Zexie,Cheqianzi each 30 g,Zhimu 20 g,Hanliancao,Danshen,Digu pi,Nvzhenzi,Chuanxiong,Yimucao 15 g,Quanxie 2g）,1/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later orally;Western medicine with the control group.28 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,FBG,2h PG,H b Alc,Scr,BUN,adverse reactions.4 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 35 cases,effective in 18 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 85.48%.The control group 28 cases markedly effective in 15 cases,19 cases,the total efficiency of 69.35%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Most groups have improved symptom scores（P〈0.01）,BUN no improvement（P〈0.05）,the treatment group than the control group improved most（P〈0.05）,BUN little difference（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Bushen Xiaoke Fang combined with western treatment of early diabetic nephropathy satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
