血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗难治性高血压随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗难治性高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例康宝得维,5mg/d,1次/d;氢氯噻嗪,25mg/次,2次/d;复方卡托普利,16mg/次,2-3次/d。治疗组42例血府逐瘀汤（桃仁、当归、红花、川芎各15g;葛根、钩藤、生地、赤芍、牛膝各10g;枳壳、甘草各6g;血瘀加红花、大丹参各10g;气虚加黄芪30g;痰湿壅盛加茯苓、薏苡仁各20g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、舒张压、收缩压、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率95.24%。对照组显效7例,有效24例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。血压指标两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗难治性高血压疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the blood Xuefuzhuyutang combined with Western treatment of refractory hypertension treatment.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,82 outpatients and inpatients by flipping a coin method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Herbalife was 40 cases in the control group dimension,5mg/d,1 times/d;hydrochlorothiazide,25mg/times,2 times/d;Compound Captopril Tablets,16mg/times,2 to 3 times/d.The treatment group 42 cases Xuefuzhuyu soup（Taoren,Danggui,Honghua,Chuanxiong each 15g;Gegen,Gouteng,Shengdi,Chishao,Niuxi 10g;Zhike,Gancao 6g;blood stasis plus Honghua,Danshen10g;qi deficiency plus Huangqi 30g;phlegm dampness plus Fuling,Yiyiren each 20g）,1/d,decoction 200 m L,2 times/d;Western medicine with the control group.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,diastolic,systolic blood pressure,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 19 cases,effective in 21 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.24%.Group 7 cases markedly effective in 24 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 77.50%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Blood pressure indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with western treatment of refractory hypertension results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
