针刺、电针、梅花针联合穴位注射治疗陈旧性面瘫随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺、电针、梅花针联合穴位注射治疗陈旧性面瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例针刺,取阳明经风池、阳白、攒竹、四白、地仓等穴,行透刺针法,3-5min/次,1次/2d。治疗组50例针刺联合电针,取太阳穴、地仓穴、水沟穴、承浆穴、攒竹穴、颧髂穴、阳白穴、下关穴、合谷穴,行平补平泻取针法,10min/次,1次/2d;电针取地仓穴、阳白穴、颧髂穴、下关穴,断续波,留针30min,1次/d。梅花针,不能蹙眉可用梅花针叩刺攒竹穴、阳白穴、头维穴、太阳穴,以皮肤微微出血或潮红止;口角歪斜、面肌运动,梅花针面部叩刺中沟、鼻唇沟、颧髎穴、下关穴、地仓穴、颊车穴、颏唇沟,以皮肤微微出血或潮红止;眼睑不能完全闭合,梅花针叩刺上下眼睑,上眼睑重扣10-20次,下眼睑轻扣10-20次,1次/d。穴位注射,梅花针扣刺后,取黯风穴,注射1m L维生素B12,1次/d;10次为1疗程,治疗3疗程,疗程间隔7d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,疗程间隔2d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈39例,显效11例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈18例,显效28例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]针刺、电针、梅花针联合穴位注射治疗陈旧性面瘫疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]Acupuncture,electro-acupuncture,plum blossom needle therapy combined with acupoint injection Palsy old faces.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,100 outpatients and inpatients simply by flipping a coin law randomly divided into two groups.Acupuncture control group of 50 patients,take Meridian wind pool,Yang Bai,save the bamboo,four white,to warehouses and other points,the line through needling,3-5min/second,1/2d.Acupuncture treatment group of 50 patients combined with electro acupuncture,taking temples,position points,Shuigou,pulp cavity,Cuanzhu,zygomatic iliac points,Yang white points,Shimonoseki points,Hoku,reinforcing-reducing line to take Acupuncture,10min/time,1/2d;EA take position points,Yang white points,zygomatic iliac hole there Shimonoseki hole,intermittent wave,the needle 30 min,1 times/d.Plum blossom needle,can not frown available plum-blossom needle Cuanzhu male white points,head-dimensional points,temples to the skin slightly bleeding or flushing only;mouth askew,facial muscle movement,plum needle face Tapping ditch,nasolabial,malar Liao points at customs points,to warehouse points,buccal car points,mentolabial ditch,flushing of skin or only slight bleeding;the eyelids can not close completely,plum-blossom needle upper and lower eyelids,upper eyelids dunks 10 to 20 times lower eyelids light deduction of 10 to 20 times,1 times/d.Injection,after Plum Buckle thorn,take dark wind hole,injection 1m L vitamin B12,1 times/d;10 times as a course of treatment for 3 course of treatment interval 7d.10 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.6 continuous treatment course of treatment interval 2d,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 39 cases,effective in 11 cases,0 cases,the total efficiency of 100.00%.The control group cured 18 cases,effective in 28 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 92.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Acupuncture,electro-acupuncture,plum blossom needle therapy combined with acupoin
