益气养阴活血汤治疗感冒后久咳随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气养阴活血汤治疗感冒后久咳疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组55例酮替芬,1mg/次,2次/d;咳必清,25mg/次,3次/d。治疗组55例益气养阴活血汤(黄芪30g,玄参、杏仁、僵蚕各10g,赤芍、牛蒡子各15g,桔梗、紫菀、款冬花各10g,甘草3g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(10d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈45例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率92.73%。对照组痊愈15例,有效22例,无效18例,总有效率67.27%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]益气养阴活血汤治疗感冒后久咳疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Yiqiyangyinhuoxue Treated cough after a cold effect.[Methods] Randomized,parallel controlled method,110 cases of out-patients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.55 cases in the control group ketotifen, lmg/times,2 times/ d;carbetapentane,25mg/time,3 times/d.Treatment of 55 patients Yiqiyangyinhuoxue soup（Huangqi 30g,Xuanshen,Xingren,Jiangcan lOg,Chishao,Niupangzi 15g,Jiegeng,Ziyuan,Kuandonghua lOg,Gancao 3g）,l/ d,decoction 200mL,sooner or later orally.5d continuous treatment course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,cough,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses（lOd）,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure in 45 cases,effective in 6 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 92.73%.The control group cured 15 cases,effective in 22 cases, 18 cases,the total efficiency of 67.27%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Yiqiyangyinhuoxue soup cold cough treatment results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
