通脉散外敷预防化疗引起静脉炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察通脉散外敷预防化疗引起静脉炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组75例50%硫酸镁四层湿纱布,静滴化疗药物时湿敷于静脉留置针贴膜上方,保鲜膜覆盖,透气胶固定,随时追加药液,保持局部潮湿,连续湿敷1h。治疗组75例通脉散(姜黄、丹参、赤芍、桂枝、茯苓、延胡索各200g),加42°白酒140m L搅拌成糊,密盖24h,均匀涂在8×14cm无纺布上,静滴化疗药物时外敷于静脉留置针贴膜上方,保留24h。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测指标临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组0级69例,1级4例,2级1例,3级1例,4级0例,总有效率8.00%。对照组0级49例,1级13例,2级9例,3级4例,4级0例,总有效率34.67%。治疗组发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]通脉散外敷预防化疗引起静脉炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Tongmai Powder for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,150 inpatients treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.75 cases in the control group 50% magnesium sulfate four wet gauze,intravenous chemotherapy drugs when wet to intravenous catheter over the foil,plastic wrap,breathable glue,liquid is added at any time,to keep the local wet,continuous lh.The treatment group 75 cases TONGMAI po wder（Jianghuang,Danshen,Chishao,Gnizhi,Fnling,Yanhusuo 200g）,put the ointment jar,add 42 liquor 140mL and stir into a paste,dense cover 24h,evenly coated in the 8 × 14cm nonwoven fabric,Intravenous chemotherapy drugs and topical in the intravenous catheter over the film to retain 24h.5d continuous treatment course of treatment.Observations of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy. [Results]69 cases of treatment group 0,1 in 4 cases,2 in 1,3 in 1,4 0 cases,the total efficiency of 00.00%.0 49 cases in the control group,a 13 cases,19 cases two,three four cases,four 4 cases,the total efficiency of 34.67%.The incidence of treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Tongmai Powder for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
