活血化瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性肾衰竭衰竭期随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察活血化瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性肾衰竭衰竭期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例改善贫血、抗感染、补钙、降压、纠正酸中毒;补钙用碳酸钙、骨化三醇胶丸,降压药用硝苯地平、苯磺酸氨氯地平;抗感染治疗;贫血输注蔗糖铁、洗涤红细胞。治疗组45例活血化瘀汤(当归20g,川芎、大黄、三七各15g,丹参20g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、Hb、BUN、Ccr、Scr、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效8例,有效31例,无效6例,总有效率86.67%。对照组显效3例,有效27例,无效15例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血液指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]活血化瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性肾衰竭衰竭期疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the direction of blood circulation failure combined with Western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure of efficacy.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,90 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 45 patients anemia,anti-infection,calcium,blood pressure,to correct acidosis;calcium carbonate chosen,calcitriol capsules,the choice of antihypertensive drug nifedipine,amlodipine besylate tablets;anti-infective treatment;anemia iron sucrose infusion,washed red blood cells.Treatment group of 45 patients blood circulation Party（Danggui 20g,Chuanxiong,Dahuang,Sanqi 15g, Danshen 20g）,l/d,decoction 200mL,sooner or later orally;Tongjing western medicine group.30d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,Hb,BUN,Ccr,Scr,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 8 cases,effective 31 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 86.67%.Group 3 cases were markedly effective in 27 cases,15 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 66.67%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Blood indicators improved in both groups（P 〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈O.O1）.[Conchusion]Blood circulation Party chronic renal failure combined with Western medicine treatment of the results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
