大黄牡丹汤联合阿米卡星治疗阑尾脓肿10例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察大黄牡丹汤联合阿米卡星治疗阑尾脓肿疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,大黄牡丹汤(牡丹皮、大黄后下各15g,桃仁10g,冬瓜仁30g,芒硝冲服9g;瘀滞加延胡索、赤芍各10g,败酱草、红藤30g,全瓜蒌12g;湿热型加佩兰、白蔻仁、藿香10g,薏苡仁30g;发热加金银花、蒲公英30g,山栀10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早中晚口服。维持体内水分及酸碱平衡,400mg阿米卡星+200m L 0.9%氯化钠,1次/d,静滴。两组均连续治疗7d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、包块体积、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈7例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率为90.00%。[结论]大黄牡丹汤联合阿米卡星治疗阑尾脓肿疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Daihuangmudan decoction combined effect of amikacin appendiceal abscess.[Methods]Using a prospective design,Daihuangmudan soup（Mudanpi,Dahaung 15g,Taoren 10g,Dongguaren 30g,Mangxiao 9g;stasis plus Yanhusuo,Chishao 10g,Baijiangcao,Hongteng 30g,Quangualou 12g;damp-heat Jia Peilan,Baikouren,Huoxiang 10g,Yiyiren 30g;fever plus honeysuckle,Jinyinhua,Pugongy ing 30g,Shanzhi 10g）,l/ d,decoction 200mL,early in the evening orally.Maintain body water and acid-base balanee,400mg amikacin＋200mL 0.9% sodium chloride,1 times/d,intravenous infusion.Both groups continued treatment 7d is a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,mass volume and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]recovered 7 cases,2 cases,1 case,the total effective rate was 90.O0%.[Conclusion]Daihuangmudan soup combined with amikaein appendiceal abscess results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
