益气养心汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气养心汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组28例解除疼痛,冠状血管扩张,抗心律失常,抗血小板,血压、血糖、血脂控制,抗凝及康缺血等。治疗组28例益气养心汤(党参30g,当归、白芍各20g,熟地15g,远志、菖蒲、酸枣仁各10g,甘草炙5g,黄精10g,桂圆肉5g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚餐后口服,100m L/次。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效:治疗组显效8例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效率96.43%。对照组显效6例,有效17例,无效5例,总有效率82.14%。心电图疗效:治疗组显效10例,有效16例,无效2例,总有效率92.86%。对照组显效8例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率71.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气养心汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the Qi Yang Xin Fang combined with western medicine Angina.[Methods] randomized,parallel controlled method,56 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group,28 patients relieve pain,coronary vasodilation,anti-arrhythmic,anti- platelet,blood pressure,blood sugar,lipid control,anticoagulation therapy and Hong ischemia.Treatment group,28 patients Yiqi Yang Xin Fang（Dangshen 30g, Danggui,Baishao 20g, Shudi 15g,Yuanzhi,Cangpu,Suanzaoren each 10g,Gancao 5g,Huangjing 10g,Guiyuanrou 5g）,high heat to boil,simmer and 10-15rain,dextrose 200mL,morning and evening postprandial oral,100mL/times.Western medicine with the control group.28d for a course of continuous treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of angina lesions,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy. [Results]Clinical efficacy：treatment group,8 cases were markedly effective in 19 cases,one case,the total efficiency of 96.43%.A control group that were 6 cases,effective in 17 cases,5 cases,total effective rate 82.14%.ECG effect：the treatment group,10 cases markedly effective in 16 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 92.86%.8 cases in the control group,12 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 71.43%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈O.O5）.[Conclusion]Qiyangxin Fang combined with western treatment of angina pectoris results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
