综合护理腰椎间盘突出症术后随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察综合护理腰椎间盘突出症术后效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将92例住院患者按手术时间先后次序简单随机分为两组。对照组45例术后常规护理。护理组47例情志调护、辨证施护、康复锻炼等综合护理;常规护理同对照组。均连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、围手术期时间、不良反应。连续护理2疗程(2周),判定效果。[结果]护理组治愈23例,显效15例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率93.61%。对照组治愈14例,显效10例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率86.67%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。围手术期时间护理组短于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]综合护理腰椎间盘突出症术后效果满意,改善生活质量,缩短围手术期时间,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of comprehensive nursing after the operation of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods]the use of random parallel control method,92 cases of hospitalized patients according to the time sequence of simple operation were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 45 cases of postoperative routine nursing care,the experimental group 47 cases of emotional nursing,dialectical nursing,rehabilitation nursing routine nursing as the control group.All is 1 period of treatment lasted for 1 week.Observation of clinical symptoms,operation time,adverse reaction.Continuous nursing care of 2 courses（2 weeks）,curative effect.]Results]the treatment group 23 cases were cured,15 cases markedly effective,effective 6 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 93.61%.The control group cured 14 cases,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective 15 cases,invalid 6 cases,the total efficiency of 86.67%.The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The control group and treatment group was better than that of peri operation period of time（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]the comprehensive nursing after the operation of lumbar disc herniation curative effect,improve the quality of life,reduce operation time,worthy of promotion.
