摘　　要：电针治疗中风后肩手综合征,针刺与脉冲电结合,加大刺激,令针感更加显著,大幅度提升疗效;对消除交感神经非正常兴奋、血管痉挛有良好效果,可消除炎症肿胀、减轻痛感,防止陷入"疼痛→交感神经过度兴奋→血管异常痉挛→疼痛"的不良循环;疏密波交替频率,还可有效规避单一波引发的电适应,令针感更明显,对血液循环、新陈代谢及营养吸收有不菲疗效;也能刺激运动神经,促进肌肉自主收缩,扩张血管,优化血液循环,加强肌肉活性,规避肌肉废用性萎缩,令肌肉节奏性舒缩,改善血液流通,加强患部机体循环,引导患部炎症产物吸收,消减病痛及降低黏连,遏制中风后肩手综合征产生恶性循环,最终有效帮助患者恢复。Electro acupuncture treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke,acupuncture combined with pulse electric stimulation,increase the stimulation,so that the needle is more significant,greatly improve the effect of the elimination of the sympathetic.The non normal excitement,vasospasm has good effect,eliminate inflammatory swelling,relieve pain, prevent fall into the＂pain,excessive stimulation of the sympathetic nerve,vascular abnormal spasm.Bad circulation, pain＂;dilatational wave alternating frequency,but also effectively avoid single wave caused by the electrical adaptation,that feeling more obvious needle,blood circulation,metabolism and camp.Raise absorption with a hefty effect;can also stimulate the motor nerve,promote voluntary muscle contraction,dilation of blood vessels,optimize blood circulation,strengthen muscle activity,avoid muscle wasting with wilt Contraction,so that the muscle rhythm of the Shu,improve blood circulation,strengthen the body of the Department of circulation,guide the Department of inflammation products to absorb,reduce pain and reduce the sticky,and curb the shoulder after stroke.Hand syndrome, a vicious cycle, and ultimately to help patients recover.
