中医药辨证治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血简况

摘　　要：慢性再生障碍性贫血病程缠绵,病情反复,为难治之证。临床分型包括肾阴虚、肾阳虚、肾阴阳两虚、热毒壅盛、阴虚火旺五型,治疗以肾填精、益气生血、补脾健胃、益气养血、抑肝泻火、清热解毒,祛邪除障、化瘀生新,化痰除湿、凉血止血,未病先防为主要治法治则,补肾为本,健脾和胃贯穿于整个治疗始末,急则治标,顾护兼症,灵活加减,正确把握阶段性治疗时机,根据季节性、个体性差异、药性药量选择恰当,准确用药,疗效显著。Chronic aplastic anemia is a chronic disease,the disease is repeated,difficult to treat.Clinical types,including deficiency of kidney yin,deficieney of kidney yang,kidney yin and yang deficiency,heat obstructing Sheng,yin deficiency and fire Wang five types and treatment to kidney fill in essence,replenishing qi and blood,invigorating spleen and stomach,replenishing qi and blood,liver Xiehuo,Qingrejiedu inhibition,Quxie except avoidance,removing blood stasis and new,dampness,cooling blood to stop bleeding,prevention before disease as the main treatment method of treatment,invigorating the kidney and the,spleen and stomach throughout in the treatment of the whole story,acute symptoms,nursing care and disease,flexible addition and subtraction,correctly grasp the opportunity of stage of treatment,according to choose the right season,individual differences,drug dosage,accurate medication,the curative effect is remarkable.
