摘 要:目的探索全自动消解-超声脱气条件对测定谷物中总汞的可行性,建立全自动消解-超声脱气处理谷物中总汞的方法。方法准确称取0.500 0 g大米标准物质(GBW 10010),通过全自动消解仪进行消解前处理,对硝酸-过氧化氢的比例和超声脱气时间进行考察,采用原子荧光光谱仪测定标准物质中总汞的含量,并将其结果与微波消解法的结果进行对比。结果运用全自动消解-超声处理方法的检出限为1.00μg/kg,相关系数为0.999 5,加标回收率为86.3%~94.1%,能够满足实际检测的需要。2种方法的测定结果均在标准参考值范围以内,相对标准偏差为5.19%~7.26%。结论全自动消解-超声脱气处理谷物中总汞的方法可靠、操作简便、使用安全,能大幅提高工作效率,可用于大批量谷物样品中总汞测定的消化处理。Objective In order to explore the automatic digestion - ultrasonic degassing conditions on the feasibility of the de- termination of total mercury in grain, to establish a method about automatic resolution - ultrasonic degassing to deal with the total mercury in grain. Methods 0. 500 0 g rice standard material ( GBW 10010) was accurately weighed and digested by automatic digestion. The experiment investigated the HNO3 - H2 02 influencing factors and ultrasonic time. The total mercury content in standard sample was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The result was compared with the result by microwave di- gestion method. Results The detection limit for mercury was 1.00 μg/kg by the automatic digestion - ultrasonic degassing sys- tem, with correlative coefficients more than 0. 999 5, and the recovery additive rate was among 86.3% -94.1% , and it could meet the need of actual testing requirements. The two methods of the determination results were both within the scope of the standard reference. The relative standard deviation was among 5.19% - 7.26%. Conclusion The method of automatic elimi- nate - ultrasonic degassing on treating total mercury in grain was reliable, simple, safe and efficient. It could be used for the di- gestion process of the determination of total mercury in mass grain sample.
