摘　　要：目的对河北省血液中心2011年-2013年血源梅毒认定为不合格的样本进行确证并反馈。方法收集河北省血液中心2011年1月-2013年12月梅毒螺旋体抗体ELISA检测判定为不合格的标本;以梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验（TPPA）对其进行确证试验;专职人员通过966016献血服务平台或面谈反馈结果。结果 ELISA判定为不合格的标本为1 446份。经TPPA法确证,778例为阳性,阳性率为53.80%;当S/CO〉5,阳性符合率为97.79%;当S/CO为1～5,阳性符合率为66.33%。反馈服务满意率为98.72%。结论以TPPA确证梅毒ELISA的筛查结果,在得到准确检测结果,提高血站服务质量的同时,可为相关医学发展提供数据支持。及时反馈则可降低对献血者的身心伤害;促进献血者归队,减少血源流失。Objective To confirm the uncertain syphilis results of the blood in Hebei province blood center from 2011 to 2013 and get the feedback. Methods The unqualified blood samples with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） on syphilis antibody were collected in Hebei province blood center from 2011 to 2013. The results were confirmed further by TPPA, which were fed back by the professionals through the 966016 service platform or interviews. Results There were 1 446 selected blood samples were unqualified from ELISA. With the confirmation of TPPA, it It was found that 778 were positive and 668 were nega- tive with the positive rate of 53.80%. When S/CO was greater than 5, the positive coincidence rate was 97.79%, when S/CO was between 1 to 5, the positive coincidence rate was 66.33%. Feedback service satisfaction rate was 98.72%. Conclusion TPPA confirmation of the screening results of ELISA helps to obtain the accurate results, improve the service quality in the blood center and provide data support for the related medical development. Feedback in time could reduce the physical and mental damage of the blood donors, promote them to return and reduce the blood loss.
