不同生物群解脲支原体对精子质量及精液白细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的研究不同生物群解脲支原体对精子质量及精液白细胞的影响。方法使用培养法检测221例男性不育患者及145例可生育人群解脲支原体的感染率,实时荧光定量PCR法鉴定生物群,彩色精子自动分析系统分析精液常规。结果男性不育人群与可生育男性人群的解脲支原体感染率分别为33.6%和24.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);biovarⅡ群在不育男性感染阳性标本中的检出率为42.7%,显著高于可生育人群阳性标本中的检出率(22.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精液常规结果显示,biovarⅡ感染组的精子浓度和白细胞异常增加比例以及biovarⅡ和混合感染组的总活力与未感染组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 biovarⅡ感染与精子质量下降和白细胞异常增加密切相关。Objective To reveal the impact of different biovars of Ureaplasma urealyticum（ U. urealyticum） on the quanlity and leukocytes of sperm. Methods A total of 221 infertile and 145 fertile men were recruited into the study for the infection rate detection of U. urealyticum by culturing. Real - time PCR were used to identify biovars of U. urealyticum in the semen, and col- or sperm auto analyzing system was used for the sperm routine analysis. Results Ureaplasma urealyticum infection rates of male sterile and male reproductive population were 33.6% and 24.7% respectively, there was no statistically significance on the difference （P 〉0.05） ; the detection rate of lI group in the positive samples of infertile men was 42.7%, which was signifi- cantly higher than that of the positive samples of the fertile group（22.2% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05） ; routine semen analysis results showed the differences on the abnormal increase ratio of sperm concentration and white blood cell in the biovar II infection group, and the total activity between the biovar II and mixed infection group and the unin- fected group were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Biovar II has more close relationship with sperm quality decrease and leukocytes abnormal increase.
