济南市男男性行为人群HIV、TP、HSV-2多病原感染调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解济南市男男性行为人群（MSM）的人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）、梅毒（TP）及单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型（HSV-2）的感染状况及影响因素。方法 2013年4月-6月在济南招募的400名MSM进行一对一问卷调查,静脉取血进行艾滋病毒、梅毒螺旋体、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型抗体检测。结果 400名被调查者中,21岁～40岁的青壮年占76.5%（306/400）;未婚占65.8%（263/400）;职员、商业服务人员、学生所占比例较高;文化程度大专及其以上者占64.5%（258/400）。TP特异性抗体阳性率为27.8%（111/400）;HIV抗体阳性率为11.0%（44/400）;HSV-2抗体阳性率为9.2%（37/400）,TP与其他2种病毒感染差异有统计学意义;TP感染在不同年龄段和不同职业之间差异有统计学意义。结论 MSM人群中多病毒感染率均较高,尤其是TP感染状况严重,需要加大对该人群的宣传教育和行为干预。Objective To study the prevalence and influential factors of human immunodeficiency virus （ HIV）, syphilis and herpes simplex type 2 virus（HSV -2） infections among men who have sex with men（MSM） in Ji＇ nan. Methods 400 MSM were recruited for a face - to - face questionnaire interview in Ji＇ nan city from April to June in 2014, and blood samples were collected for the detection of HIV, syphilis, and HSV -2 infections. Results A total of 400 eligible MSM completed the inter- view and blood sampling. The age among 21 -40 years old accounted for 76.5% （306/400）, the unmarried accounted for 65.8% （263/400）. Staff, business services, and students had a high proportion. College education level and above accounted for 64.5% （258/400）. The positive rates of syphilis specific antigen, HIV antigen and HSV- 2 antigen were respectively 27.8% （ 111/400）, 11.0% （44/400）, and 9.2% （37/400）. The infection of syphilis had significant difference with other two kinds of virus. There were significant differences of syphilis infection at different ages and different occupations. Conclu- sion There was a higher infection rate of multi - pathogen in MSM, especially the syphilis infection. Effective education and intervention behavior should be conducted in this population.
