摘  要:文中利用《省级温室气体清单编制指南(试行)》中的碳排放计算公式和能源碳排放系数缺省值,对内蒙古工业能源消费CO2排放量、CO2强度、平均CO2排放系数和能源消费结构进行了估算并对其进行了分析。结果表明:内蒙古工业能源总消费量为24489.86万吨标准煤,对应的工业产值为2622.27亿元,对应的工业行业CO2排放达到14447.96万吨,CO2排放强度为5.51吨CO2/万元,平均CO2排放系数为0.60;主要的能源消费结构是以煤炭为主,占能源消费总量的81.01%;调整工业行业内部的结构变化和能源结构对整个社会CO2排放量变化有较大的影响。因此,内蒙古应该通过调整行业结构、能源结构和增加清洁能源使用的比例来达到我国提出的CO2减排的目标。The CO2 emissions,CO2emissions intensity,the average coefficient of CO2 emissions and structure of energy consumption of industries energy consumption in Inner Mongolia were estimated and analyzed using the Guidelines for Provincial Greenhouse Gas Inventory compilation( try out) ". The results are as follows: the total energy consumption was 24489. 86 * 104 standard coal,corresponding value of gross output was 2622. 27 billion RMB,counter with 14447. 96 * 104 t CO2emissions of industries,the CO2 emissions intensity was 5. 51 t CO2/104 RMB,the average coefficient of CO2 emissions was 0. 60. The main structure of energy consumption was based on coal,which was cover up 81. 01% of the total energy consumption. The change of the internal structure of industries and adjustment of energy structure was the most important way to impact the whole social CO2 emissions. This research gave suggestions that the industrial structures and energy structures should be adjusted,and the proportion of clean energy use should be increased for decreasing the CO2 emissions.
