摘  要:为了解阿勒泰地区1961-2012年间作物生育期的干湿状况。利用阿勒泰地区7个气象站逐日的平均气温、平均最高气温、平均最低气温、降水量、风速、日照时数、水气压等观测资料,通过Penman-Monteith方法计算潜在蒸散量确定气候相对湿润指数,并应用小波分析及Mann-Kendall法,对相对湿润指数进行突变和周期分析。结果表明:1)近50年来,在作物生育期内阿勒泰地区的气候日趋湿润化。2)从时间变化特征分析,阿勒泰地区上世纪60、70年代相对干旱,80、90年代,相对湿润指数增大,本世纪增长略有放缓。4-8月呈微弱的正趋势,9月呈微弱的负趋势。3)空间上,相对湿润指数平均值整体呈现出从西北向东南递减的趋势。In order to understand the wet condition in crop growth period in Altay region from 1961 to 2012,the observation data such as the average temperature,highest average temperature,average minimum temperature,precipitation,wind speed,sunshine time and water pressure were used to calculate the potential evaporation quantity through the Penman- Monteith method and to determine the relatively humid climate index. The mutations and cycle of relative humidity index were analyzed by the application of wavelet analysis and the Mann Kendall method. The results showed that: 1) in recent 50 years,the climate in Altay region was humid increasingly in the period of crop growth. 2) It was relatively dry in the Altay region in the last century 60 s and 70 s,and the relative humidity climate index increased in the 80 s and 90 s and the growth rate in this century was slightly slower. A weak positive trend was found from April to August and a weak negative trend was in September from the time variation characteristics analysis. 3) The average relative humidity index tended to diminish from northwest to southeast on the space.
