摘　　要：黑龙江省中俄界江自然景观类型多样,历史文化底蕴深厚,旅游资源丰富。随着东北亚区域旅游合作的不断深化,中俄界江旅游发展迅速。以中俄界江旅游资源调查结果为基础,使用层次熵分析法和综合评价模型对中俄界江旅游资源进行了评价,结果显示:1)中俄界江旅游资源共涵盖8个主类、31个亚类和81种基本类型,五级、四级、三级和普通级旅游资源单体个数分别为6、15、54和160;2)结合中俄界江旅游资源开发现状和存在问题,并提出了其旅游资源开发对策与建议:成立中俄界江旅游发展协调委员会;构建多元特色的旅游产品体系;积极开展旅游市场营销;加快旅游基础设施建设;加大金融支持力度,优化土地管理政策。Sino- Russian border river area is rich in tourism resource,and has various types of natural landscape and profound and pluralistic culture in Heilongjiang province. With the continuous deepening of tourism cooperation in Northeast Asia region,Sino- Russian border river area＇s tourism was developing rapidly. On the basis of the conclusion of the investigation about Sino- Russian border river area,we used hierarchical entropy analysis and comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate its tourism resource. The results showed that： 1） Sino- Russian border river area＇s tourism resources include 8 classes,31 subclasses and 81 basic types. The numbers of five grades,four grades and three grades tourism resources monomers are 6,15 and 54 respectively. 2）Combining with the current development situation and existing problem about Sino- Russian border river area,some development strategies had been put forward： setting up operations coordinating and developing board of Sino- Russian border river; building diverse tourism product system,actively tourism marketing,expediting infrastructure construction,strengthen financial support,. optimizing land management policy.
