HANS超前镇痛对宫腔镜术后疼痛及恶心呕吐的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察在妇科宫腔镜术前使用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪,对患者术后疼痛与恶心、呕吐症状的影响。方法:接受妇科宫腔镜手术患者80例,通过计算机生成随机对照表,依随机对照表将患者按1:1的比例随机分配到2组,每组40例。研究组(A组)术前30 min及术后即刻使用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪刺激患者内关-外关、劳宫-合谷穴30分钟,对照组(B组)术后即刻使用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪刺激患者内关-外关、劳宫-合谷穴30分钟,术后即刻、30 min及1 h使用疼痛量表评价患者疼痛及恶心、呕吐情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者在术后即刻及术后30 min,疼痛及恶心、呕吐等不良反应均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后1小时两组间各不良反应无明显差异。结论:术前使用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪,能有效降低妇科宫腔镜术后患者术后1 h内疼痛与恶心、呕吐症状。Objective： To evaluate the effects of Han＇s Acupoint Nerve Stimulator （HANS） on postoperative pain and nausea/vomiting in women undergoing gynecologic hysteroscopy. Methods： Eighty women undergoing gynecologic hysteroscopy were randomly divided into two groups （1：1, n = 40）. The study group （group A） received HANS treatment 30 minutes before and immediately after operation. The control group （group B） only received HANS treatment immediately after operation. Electric stimulations were administered at acupoints Hegu-Laogong and Neiguan-Waiguan via skin pads. Visual analogue scale （VAS） was used to assess the intensity of pain and nausea/vomiting between 0-60 min after operation. Results： Compared with the control group （group B）, the study group （group A） showed a significant reduction of pain intensity and nausea/vomiting immediately and at 30 minutes after operation. Conclusion： HANS＇ treatment before operation plays a significant role in reducing pain and nausea/vomiting in patients with gynecologic hysteroscopy.
