摘　　要：世界造船中心的中国转移为民营船企嵌入全球制造网络提供了机会。对太平洋造船2003年到2014年的纵向研究表明:民营船企尤其是具有实力的规模船企可以通过战略规划构建双元型组织,实现利用性学习与探索性学习的平衡,从而提高技术和市场竞争力并快速转型升级。The transformation of the world shipbuild- ing center to China provides the opportunity for private shipbuilding enterprises to insert the global manufacturing networks. The experience of sinopacific shipbuilding group shows that the private shipbuilding enterprises with correspoindingcapability can realize good balance between exploitative learning and ex- ploratory learning by constructing strategic double firm networks. Then the improving ability of technology and marking can accelerate transformation and up- date.
