摘　　要：针对废水用澄清桶存在的问题,进行了技术改造:增加蜂窝斜管填料,采用自然沉降方式,取消单层搅耙刮泥结构,增大设备澄清面积和处理能力。改造后的澄清桶已成功应用于氯化苯车间废水处理工序,提高了非均相物系的分离效率,节约了占地面积,降低了物耗、能耗及生产成本。Technical improvements were made to solve the problems existing in waste water clarifier. The improvements comprised adding alveolate inclined-tube packing, changing to natural sedimentation mode, eliminating single-layer stirring rake used for scraping away mud, increasing clarification area, and improving capacity. The remodeled clarifier had been successfully used in disposal of waste water formed in chlorobenzene workshop, and thus increased separating efficiency of nonhomogeneous system, saved floor area, and decreased material consumption, energy consumption and production cost.
