摘　　要：目的探讨危化品爆炸紧急医疗救援实施的有效措施。方法结合武警某部执行天津“8·12”爆炸紧急医疗救援任务的实践，总结化学品爆炸紧急医学救援的特点。结果医疗队派出救援队和专家组赶到救援现场，完成紧急医学救援任务，实现了安全高效救援目标。结论科学决策、科学指导、科学防护是圆满完成紧急医学救治任务的重要保证。Objective To explore effective measures on the implementation of the emergency medical rescue for the chemical. Metheds Combined with the practice of executing emergency medical rescue mission after exploded in tianjin for some armed police medical team, the characteristics of the emergency medical rescue were summarized. Results The medical rescue team arrived to the site to finish emergency medical rescue mission in the first place, which achieved the safe and efficient targets. Conclusion Scientific decision, well-guided, Scientific protected are the important guarantee to complete the emergency medical treatment.
