景东县实施结核病控制项目11年防治效果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析景东县2004～2014年实施结核病控制项目的防治效果。方法整理景东县疾病预防控制中心慢传科2004～2014年结核患者登记本、初诊患者登记本、结核病细菌学试验登记本，合计1794例患者按规定纳入项目管理，实施结核病控制项目，观察实施结核病控制项目的效果。结果11年间共接诊可疑肺结核患者5899人，发现活动性肺结核患者1364人，其中初治涂阳1135人，治愈率95.59％，复治涂阳229人，治愈率90.83％，涂阴患者（包括初治涂阴、重症涂阴、复治涂阴）430人，涂阴患者完成治疗率99.30％。结论景东县实施结核病控制项目效果显著，为我县结核病防治规划的制定提供了依据。Objective The therapeutic effect of tuberculosis control project in 2004~2014 Jingdong county.Methods Finishing Jingdong County disease prevention and control center of slow conduction of 2004 to 2014 tuberculosis registration registration the newly diagnosed patients with this, tuberculosis bacteriology test registration book, the total 1 794 patients according to the provisions into project management, implementation of tuberculosis control project, observed the effect of tuberculosis control project. Results 11 years total admissions suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients with 5 899 people found 1 364 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, at the beginning of the treatment smear positive 1 135, the cure rate was 95.59% and Retreatment Smear Positive 229 people, the cure rate 90.83%, smear negative patients （including smear negative and severe smear negative and retreatment smear negative） 430 people, smear negative patients completed treatment rate was 99.30%.ConclusionThe Jingdong County implementation effect of TB control project significantly and provide the basis for the formulation of the county TB control programme.
