摘　　要：目的探讨股骨髁支撑钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的疗效。方法 38例股骨远端复杂骨折,行骨髁支撑钢板内固定手术治疗。结果 A型关节外骨折患者优良率达到了83%;C类关节内骨折患者优良率达到了80%。随访后最终的优良率达到了81%。结论股骨髁支撑钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折效果好。ObjectiveTo study the femoral condyle support plate the curative effect of complex treatment of distal femoral fractures. Methods38 cases of complex distal femoral fractures, support line bone condyle steel plate internal fixation surgery.ResultsThe excelent and good rate of the patients with A type of joint fracture was 83%, and the good rate of the patients with C was 80%. The final fine rate was 81%.Conclusion The effect of the treatment of complex fractures of the distal femur with femoral condylar support plate is good.
