摘　　要：目的观察Y型接骨板联合抗骨质疏松治疗老年人肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的肱骨远端粉碎性骨折患者100例,分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组采用Y型接骨板联合抗骨质疏松治疗,对照组采用锁定加压钢板治疗,采用Mayo肘关节评分系统,评价肘关节功能。结果观察组优良率为72%,对照组优良率为56%,观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组。结论 Y型接骨板联合抗骨质疏松治疗老年人肱骨远端粉碎性骨折,效果显著。Objective To observe the Y-shaped plate combined with anti osteoporosis treatment the elderly comminuted distal humeral fracture treatment. Methods100 cases of comminuted fractures of the distal humerus in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with Y-shaped plate combined with anti osteoporosis treatment, control group was treated with locking compression plate in the treatment of, the Mayo Elbow score system evaluation of elbow function.ResultsThe excelent and good rate of the observation group was 72%, the excelent and good rate was 56%, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group. ConclusionY type plate combined with anti osteoporosis treatment of distal humerus comminuted fracture of the elderly, significant effect.function training in lung cancer patients with postoperative rehabilitation effect is good.
