探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗多节段胸腰椎转移瘤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗多阶段胸腰椎转移瘤患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年3月～2014年4月收治的多阶段胸腰椎转移瘤患者共48例患者作为研究对象，本组患者均给予经皮椎体成形术治疗，同时使用主诉疼痛分级法观察本组患者术后3 d、3个月以及6个月的疼痛程度，使用日常生活自理能力量表观察本组患者的术后生活质量。结果本组患者术中椎体穿刺均获成功，患者术后随访结果，疼痛0级25例、I级14例、II级5例、III级4例，患者疼痛程度相较以往明显改善，相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时本组患者术后6个月时生活质量评分为（46.6±14.2），与术前生活质量评分（74.5±10.1）相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗多阶段胸腰椎转移瘤患者有着良好的临床效果，能够显著提高患者生活质量。ObjectiveTo evaluate percutaneous multi-stage thoracolumbar vertebral plasty treatment the clinical effect of metastatic tumor patients.Methods Select our hospital in March 2013 to April 2014 were much stage, a total of 48 patients with thoracolumbar metastasis tumor patients as the research object, the patients were performed percutaneous vertebral plasty treatment, at the same time use complained of pain grading method to observe the patients postoperative 3 d, 3 months and 6 months of pain, using a daily life self-care ability scale observation of postoperative quality of life of the patients.ResultsThis group of patients with intraoperative vertebral puncture success, as a result, patients with postoperative folow-up pain 0 level 25 cases, 14 cases class I and class II in 5 cases, 4 cases of level III, pain degree of patients obviously improved than in the past, compared with the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.After six months of this group of patients at the same time for the quality of life score （46.6±14.2）, and the quality of life score （74.5±10.1）, compared the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebral plasty multi-stage thoracolumbar metastasis tumor patients treated with good clinical effect, can significantly improve the patients quality of life.
