摘 要:目的探讨胃肠肿瘤术后化疗患者的营养状况对化疗不良反应的影响。方法回顾性分析我院48例胃肠肿瘤患者术后化疗营养状况以及对化疗不良反应的影响。结果此次研究营养状况良好患者12例,营养不良患者36例,营养良好与营养不良患者在不良反应上差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃肠肿瘤术后化疗患者大部分都具有营养不良的情况,营养良好和营养不良患者的化疗不良反应相比差异较小,可能和化疗方案、样本数量以及个体差异有关系。Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional status on the adverse reactions of chemotherapy in patients with gastrointestinal cancer after surgery.MethodsRetrospective analysis of 48 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy and the effects of chemotherapy adverse reactions.Results 12 patients with good nutritional status, 36 patients with malnutrition, malnutrition and malnutrition in patients with adverse reactions were not statistically significant (P〉0.05).Conclusion After the operation of gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy patients, most of which are with malnutrition, good nutrition and malnutrition in patients with adverse reactions of chemotherapy compared to smaller differences, and chemotherapy and the number of samples and individual differences.
