护肾固精方保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨护肾固精方保留灌肠对慢性肾衰竭患者的治疗效果及护理体会。方法选取海门市中医院近三年来收治的慢性肾衰竭患者共50例,随机将所有患者分为26例对照组与24例治疗组,其中对照组慢性肾衰竭患者采用西医慢性肾衰竭常规治疗;治疗组慢性肾衰竭患者在西医常规治疗基础上,并观察两组治疗前后患者体征、指标等的变化。结果治疗组总有效率84.6%,对照组总有效率33.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上加服护肾固精方灌肠治疗治疗慢性肾衰竭,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the kidney Gujing reserves enema treatment and nursing of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods Haimen chronic renal failure patients admitted to Hospital of the past three years a total of 50 cases, al patients were randomly divided into 26 cases in the control group and 24 cases of treatment group, in which patients with chronic renal failure in the control group using conventional Western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure; chronic renal failure patients treated in conventional Western medicine, based on the change before and after treatment were observed in patients with signs, indicators and the like.Results The total effective rate was 84.6% in the control group, the total efficiency of 33.3% in the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Western conventional treatment based on the service side kidney Gujing enema treatment of chronic renal failure, a significant effect.
