人参及五灵脂合用在药效及有效成分研究分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人参、五灵脂合用的有效成分及药效。方法本次实验采取数字随机法将240只ICR小鼠分为6组,分别给予人参液、五灵脂液灌胃,人参五灵脂合用按1:1、1:2、2:1灌胃,空白组则灌胃生理盐水。统计比较6组小鼠抗应激试验结果及非特异性免疫功能影响情况。结果人参组及混煎组1(2:1)抗应激试验及非特异性免疫功能影响实验结果均优于其他组别,组间比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论实验结果表明人参五灵脂配伍对人参补气作用影响不大,即人参、五灵脂相畏理论存在一定局限性。ObjectiveTo investigate the effective components and pharmacological effects of ginseng, excrementum pteropi combination.Methods This experiment take random numbers wil be 240 ICR mice were divided into 6 groups, were given solution of ginseng and trogopterus dung gavage, ginseng and trogopterus dung combination according to 1：1,1：2 and 2：1 to fil in the stomach, the blank group is irrigation of saline solution. The effects of anti stress test results and non-specific immune function of mice in the 6 groups were compared statisticaly.ResultsThe effects of anti stress test and non-specific immune function of the ginseng group and mixed decoction group （2：1） were superior to other groups, the difference was obvious （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe results showed that ginseng and trogopterus dung has little effect on the role of ginseng Qi, namely ginseng and trogopterus dung incompatibility theory has some limitations.
