结肠造口患者护理中优质护理的应用探析

摘　　要：目的：探讨延续护理在结肠造口患者护理中的效果。方法选取我院2010年1月～2015年1月收治的结肠造口患者共50例，随机分为观察组以及对照组各25例，对照组给予围术期常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，观察两组患者的自我护理质量以及生活质量。结果观察组患者自我护理能力和生活质量均优于对照组，两者相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论结肠造口患者应用优质护理有着良好的临床效果，能够提高患者的自我护理质量以及生活质质量。Objective To investigate the effect of extended care colostomy patient nursing.Methods January 2010 ~ January 2015 ,colostomy patients admitted in a total of 50 cases were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, with 25 patients in the control group were given routine perioperative care, observation group was given high-quality care , were observed in patients with self-care quality and quality of life.Results The patient self-care ability and quality of life than the control group, both statisticaly significant difference compared （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Colostomy patients treated with high-quality care with good clinical results, to improve the quality of patient self-care and quality of life quality.
