摘　　要：为了提高割缝筛管防砂效力和降低制造成本,介绍了割缝筛管新型复合缝腔——断面台阶缝的制造工艺,以及为满足其生产工艺要求而研制开发的挤缝机设备。与以往的复合缝腔加工工艺相比,具有制造成低,生产效率高等特点。In order to improve the effect of separating liquid and sand from oil, this paper introduces a new style and low cost manufacturing technology of slotted sieve tube, which is called slotted section seam. In the meanwhile, an extrusion sewing machine is developed to satisfy the manufacture and technology. Compared with the old manufacturing technology, the new one is lower cost and higher efficiency.
