摘  要:分别用Granofin F-90、新型无铬鞣剂TWT、STF及Tanfor T-A对山羊皮进行鞣制,对其鞣制性能、鞣制后坯革的耐水洗退鞣性能、耐酸或碱性能、耐光黄变性能及游离甲醛含量等进行比较。结果表明:Granofin F-90、TWT、STF及Tanfor T-A具有较好的鞣制性能,当最佳用量分别为10%、6%、25%和5%时,鞣制后革的收缩温度均大于74℃,且具有良好的抗水洗退鞣性能、较好的耐酸、碱性能及无或低的游离甲醛含量。同时,该4种无铬鞣剂分别鞣制后的成革柔软,且具有良好的耐光黄变性能、物理机械性能。Granofin F - 90, the novel chrome - free tanning agent TWT, the synthetic tanning agent STF and Tanfor T - A were used for tanning goatskin respectively. Their tanning properties and the properties of the wet white leathers were determined and compared with, including the properties of wash & de - tanning resistance, acid or alkaline, light - yellowing resistance, and the content of free formaldehyde. Results show that Granofin F - 90, TWT, STF and Tanfor T - A have good tanning properties, whose best consumption is 10%, 6% , 25% , 5% respectively and the shrinkage temperature of the wet white leathers can achieve above 74~C. The wet white leathers have good properties of wash & de - tanned resistance, acid or alkaline, light - yellowing re- sistance and none or low content of free formaldehyde. The finished leathers tanned respectively by Granofin F - 90, TWT, STF and Tanfor T - A are soft, having good light - yellowing resistance and physical and mechanical properties.
