富铬污泥中铬的活化──超纯化提取及应用

摘　　要：研究了富铬污泥中铬的活化-超纯化提取及应用。对富铬污泥进行超声波活化处理、优化试验条件,结果表明:使用甲苯-氯仿混合溶液进行超声波活化时的效果最好,两者组成比为10∶1,最佳料液比为1∶8,活化时间为20min,活化温度为40℃;经活化处理后的污泥经螺旋搅拌仪搅拌后,可将富铬污泥中的Cr(OH)3分离出来,提取的最佳条件为:转速90r/min,搅拌时间90min,温度70℃。应用超纯化的Cr(OH)3配制成的铬鞣剂,可用于皮革工业的一浴铬鞣。经分析检测,与土耳其AB铬粉进行比较,采用本方法从污泥中提取出的铬所鞣制的羊蓝湿革的各项指数,均达到技术标准,且其颜色均一,质地柔软,手感舒适。The Cr3＋ were extracted from chromium- rich sludge through activation and ultra -purification method. The chro- mium- rich sludge was activated by ultrasonic treatment, and then experimental conditions were optimized. The results show that the mixture of toluene and chloroform plays well in ultrasonic activation. The best com- position ratio of the toluene and chloroform is 10：1 and the solid - liquid ratio of the sludge and activator is 1 ： 8, the time and temperature of activation are 20 rain and 40℃. The activated sludge was disposed by spiral stirrer, and then the Cr（ OH）3 was separated from chromium - rich sludge. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions of speed, stirring time and temperature are 90 r/rain, 90min and 70℃ respectively. Chrome tanning agent prepared using the purified Cr （OH） 3 was applied to one - bath chrome tanning process in the leather industry. Compared with Turkey AB chromium powder, the indexes of sheepskin leather tanned by this chrome tanning agent performs very well. The sheepskin leather also has the properties of uniform color, soft hand feel and good texture by analysis and detection.
