摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与聚合物多元醇为主要原料,采用预聚体分散的方法,制备出水性聚氨酯,探讨亲水扩链剂含量及聚合物多元醇分子质量对水性聚氨酯性能的影响,对其进行红外表征和热重分析;并将合成的水性聚氨酯与合适的助剂复配,制成水性聚氨酯消光表面处理剂,应用于合成革后处理工艺,分析其应用性能。研究结果表明:亲水基含量为5%,聚合物多元醇分子质量为2 000时,可合成出性能良好的聚氨酯乳液,制备出的水性聚氨酯消光处理剂的消光度高,抗粘连性好。A kind of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was prepared with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polymer polyols as raw materials by prepolymerization method. The effect of hydrophilic chain extender content and molecular weight of polymer polyols on the properties of WPU coatings was investigated. The WPU was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). And waterborne matting surface treatment agent was obtained by mixing up the WPU with several suitable additives, and applied to synthetic leather during post - processing to analyze application perform- ance. The results show that a translucent emulsion with good stability is obtained when the amount of hydrophilic chain extender is 5 % and molecular weight of polymer polyols is 2 000. Waterborne matting surface treatment agent has high matting index and good anti - sticking property.
