摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、聚丙二醇-2000(PPG-2000)、二溴新戊二醇(DBNPG)为主要原料,合成了一种具有阻燃性能的水性聚氨酯。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TG)等方法,对该阻燃型水性聚氨酯进行了表征,用极限氧指数法和垂直燃烧法测试了该阻燃型水性聚氨酯的阻燃性能。红外测试发现,DBNPG接入聚氨酯分子链中,合成了具有阻燃性能的水性聚氨酯;TG测试发现,阻燃型水性聚氨酯的残炭量高于未阻燃改性水性聚氨酯的残炭量;阻燃测试表明,该阻燃型水性聚氨酯膜的极限氧指数为28%,在离开火焰后即发生自熄,显示出良好的阻燃性能。With isopharone diisocyanate (IPDI), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), polypropylene glycol (PPG- 2000 - 2000) , dibromo neopentyl glycol (DBNPG)as the main raw materials, a kind of flame retardant waterborne polyurethanes was prepared. And the flame retardant polyurethane was characterized by Fuliye transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT - IR) and ther- mogravimetric analysis (TG) tests, and the flame retardant properties were studied by the limiting oxygen index and vertical burn- ing test. The FTIR testing results show that DBNPG is introduced into the polyurethane chains and the flame retardant waterborne polyurethane is synthesized. The TGA testing results show that retardant waterborne polyurethane has more residual carbon than that of non flame retardant modified waterborne polyurethane. The flame retardant testing results show that, the limiting oxygen in- dex of the flame retardant waterborne polyurethane film is 28% , self- quenching occurs when leaving the flame, showing a good flame resistance.
