摘　　要：本文阐述了当前我国网络交易产品质量问题屡屡发生的主要原因在于网络交易市场准入门槛过于宽松,现行产品质量监管法律法规、监管方式、监督抽查手段和技术不能适应网络交易监管的需要。文章分析了作为网络交易产品质量监管制度创新的国家网上产品质量监管协作平台所具有的功能,提出通过该协作平台实现对电子商务市场环境和产品质量有效监管的建议。This paper expounds that the main reasons for product quality problems in online transaction in China lies in the low market entry threshold, and therefore the current product quality supervision laws and regulations, supervision mode, supervision and spot check methods and techniques fail to adapt to the need of online transaction supervision. This paper analyzes the function of the national online platform of product quality supervision collaboration as a system innovation of product quality supervision in online transaction, and proposes to realize the effective supervision of environment and product quality through the collaboration platform. market
