摘  要:流域生态安全是区域可持续发展的基础,对其进行综合定量研究极具理论和现实意义.在研究国内外进展和研究区情况的基础上,基于DPSIR模型框架建立太平湖流域(黄山区)生态安全评估的指标体系,采用专家咨询法和层次分析法确定评价指标体系及其权重,对研究区域生态安全现状进行评估分析.结果表明,太平湖流域(黄山区)生态安全指数为3.80/5(2012年),生态安全现状良好,影响太平湖生态安全的因素主要为持续发展的经济和持续增加的人口"驱动力".为降低生态风险,促进流域的可持续发展,应坚持保护优先的原则,科学规划,增加环保投入,建立监管机制,落实各项环保措施;对太平湖流域的生态安全进行综合评估,为太平湖流域生态系统的科学管理与决策提供了重要理论依据.Ecological security of watershed is the essential issue for regional sustainable development. Basing on the DPSIR Model, this study proposed an indicator system for eco-security assessment for the Taiping Lake watershed in Huangshan District. Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were utilized to calculate the evaluation index and corresponding index weight. Results indicated that the ecological security score of the Taiping Lake watershed is 3. 8 out of 5. 0 in the year of 2012, which suggested the status of the eco-security is good in this region. The major influencing factors of eco-security in our study area are population, economic development and pollutants discharge. Our analyses indicated that related environmental protection measures should be implemented to reduce the ecological risk, and to promote the sustainable development ability of Taiping Lake watershed. Furthermore, this study provides important theoretical basis for watershed scientific management.
