摘　　要：目的：调查三级甲等综合医院各级护理人员对病案信息资源的需求现状。方法自制病案信息资源需求调查问卷,于2014年3—6月对石家庄市3所三级甲等综合医院的362名护理人员进行调查,了解不同职称的护理人员对病案信息资源的需求状况,分析各级护理人员需求特点及差异。结果不同职称的护理人员查阅病案信息时在撰写论文、申报科研课题、积累和更新知识方面需求不同,差异有统计学意义（χ^2值分别为37.260,48.948,19.399；P〈0.01）。在查阅病案信息年限跨度需求方面,各级护理人员对1年内、10年内的病案需求差异有统计学意义（χ^2值分别为29.669,25.963；P〈0.01）。各级护理人员对病案信息具体内容的需求差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论应根据各级护理人员对病案信息的需求情况,改进病案服务模式,提供针对性的服务,提高护理人员对病案信息资源的利用率。Objective To survey the current demand of medical record information for at all levels of nursing staff in grade three class A hospital. Methods Questionnaire for demand of medical record information was designed, then nursing staff at grade three general hospital were investigated, in order to understand the need of medical record information for at all levels of nursing staff, and analyze the characteristics of need. Results Different occupational title had different demand on writing thesis, research proposal and knowledge accumulation and update when they referred to medical record information （χ^2 =37. 260, 48. 948, 19. 399;P〈0. 01）. At the aspect of referring to the span of medical records information, all level nurses had statistical difference at the medical records information between in 1 year and 10 years （χ^2 =29. 669, 25. 963;P〈0. 01）. There was no statistical significance on the demand of medical record specific information among all level nurses （P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The demand of different level nursing staff should be considerate to improve the model of medical records service and provide corresponding services to enhance the utilization of medical records information among nursing staffs.
