摘　　要：英国工程博士教育招生一度存在公众认可度低、企业参与积极性低和导师意见分歧多等障碍。英国政府的政策支持、EPSRC的资金支持、专业机构职责拓展和建立工程博士协会等措施,促进英国工程博士教育招生规模扩大,形成良好声誉,提升其社会效益和经济效益,实现工程博士校企之间和泛企业间的合作交流,为英国经济发展和社会建设做出了巨大贡献。In the UK,The Recruitment Experience of Engineering Doctorate is the basis of engineering doctoral education acquiring better effect,which Promoting the UK’s engineering doctoral education develop rapidly.In the UK,the lower public approval degree,the lack of enthusiasm of enterprises participating EngD program and the disagreement of ＂double tutors＂ admissions are the barriers of engineering doctors recruitment.Based on this,the British government provides policy support for engineering doctoral education,EPSRC funded for engineering doctoral education,professional institutions deepen and expand their duty and set up Association of Engineering Doctorates.All of the positive strategies expand the scale of engineering doctors’ recruitment gradually,form good reputation of EngD,advance social benefit and economic benefit of EngD,implementation the extensive cooperation and exchange between fan-enterprises,between colleges and enterprises,making tremendous contributions to the economic development and social construction for the UK.
