摘  要:为了提高高钙镁钙耐火材料的烧结性能和抗水化性能,首先将粒度<100μm的菱镁矿粉分别在700、800和900℃保温2 h制成不同活性的轻烧氧化镁粉,将粒度<100μm的白云石粉在1 100℃保温2 h制成轻烧白云石粉,然后将两种轻烧粉配制成w(Ca O)=50%的混合料,干混6 h后,在100 MPa压力下压制成50 mm×50 mm的试样,分别于1 500和1 600℃保温3 h煅烧,制成高钙镁钙材料,研究了添加不同活性的轻烧氧化镁粉对高钙镁钙材料烧结性能和抗水化性能的影响。结果表明:加入轻烧氧化镁粉有利于提高高钙镁钙材料的烧结性能和抗水化性能。轻烧氧化镁粉的活性越高,高钙镁钙材料的烧结性能和抗水化性能越好。1 600℃烧后镁钙试样的致密化程度和抗水化性能明显优于1 500℃烧后的。This paper aims at enhancing the sintering ability and hydration resistance of high calcia MgO-CaO refractories. Firstly the light burned MgO powders with different activities were prepared by firing the magnesite powder ( 〈 100μm) at 700,800 and 900 ℃ for 2 h,respectively,and the light burned dolomite powders were prepared by firing the dolomite powder ( 〈 100 μm) at 1 100 ℃ for 2 h. Then the two light burned pow- ders were mixed with CaO mass fraction of 50% ;after 6 h dry mixing,the mixtures were pressed into specimens (050 mm×50 mm) under 100 MPa,and then the specimens were fired at 1 500 and 1 600 ℃ for 3 h,respectively. Effects of the light burned MgO powders with different activities on the sintering ability and hydra- tion resistance of high calcia MgO-CaO refractories were studied. The results show that.adding light burned MgO powders can improve the sintering ability and hydration resistance. The higher the activity of light burn- ed MgO powder is,the better the sintering ability and hydration resistance are. The sintering ability and hy- dration resistance of specimens fired at 1 600 ℃ are better than those fired at 1 500 ℃.
