超声诊断阴道斜隔综合征的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道斜隔综合征的超声表现及分型,为临床手术方式的选择提供依据。方法回顾性总结18例阴道斜隔综合征患者的超声分型并与手术结果进行对照。结果所有确诊患者均可见双子宫、双宫颈及患侧肾缺如。超声I型与II型均探及宫腔积液及阴道积液;III型均未发现阴道积液及宫腔积液。结论超声诊断准确、无创、方便,可作为临床诊断生殖系统畸形的首选检查方式。Objective：To explore the sonographic features and classification of Oblique Vaginal Septum Syndrome in or-der to provide guidance for clinical surgeries. Methods：We retrospectively summarized the sonographic classification of 18 patients and compared the results of surgery. Results：All of the patients showed a double uterus,double cervix and ipsilat-eral renal absent. Ultrsonic type I and type II all showed uterus and vaginal fluid,type III showed no uterus and vaginal flu-id. Conclusion：Ultrosound diagnosis is accurate,noninvasive and simple in diagnosing. It is very useful in clinical in diag-nosis of reproductive system abnormalities and should be listed as the preferred way of exzaminations.
